Golconda Fort

Salar Jung Musuem

These treasured acquisitions of Mir Yousef Ali Khan, who held the title of Salar Jung III, includes priceless sculptures, historical weapons, European paintings, brass, ivory & jade artifacts, and a vast library.
Mecca Mosque
Built by Quli Qutab Shah, the founder of Hyderabad, this is one of the oldest mosques in Hyderabad. The legend goes that the bricks for the masjid were built with the soil brought all the way from Mecca. This rectangular structure, with minarets and domes, also houses the tombs of the Nizams of Hyderabad.
Qutb Shahi Tombs
Enclosed in a huge complex with graceful columns, elegant lime stucco tombs, 40 mausoleums, mosques, Turkish baths, and landscaped gardens- Qutb Shahi Tombs are the final resting place of the glorious Qutb Shahi dynasty.
