Har Ki Pauri Ghat
The fast-flowing Ganges, a haze of rituals, and a sea of humanity welcome you at this famous bathing ghat (river steps). It is believed that a dip in the waters at Har ki Pauri washes away all your sins, and paves the way to salvation. In the evening, Har ki Pauri is lit with scores of lamps and echoes with holy chants during the Ganga Aarti (river worship).
Mansa Devi Temple
Mansa Devi, the wish fulfilling goddess, resides at a hilltop temple accessible both by a steep treks and a cable car ride. If you take the cable car to Mansa Devi, you may combine it with another ride to Chandi Devi Temple, located on the summit at Neel Hill.
